COMPANY Limited Edition Prints
All products that are COMPANY Limited Edition Prints and have been shipped within the US can be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We’re sorry, but return shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a COMPANY Limited Edition Prints, you may return it within 10 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you do decide to return your COMPANY Limited Edition Print, please follow these instructions:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specific reason for the return.
2. Please print out the Return Authorization form, fill it out, and include in the return shipment

3. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package
4. Ship it back to us at the following address: 6 West 20th St, #5, New York, NY 10011. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Damaged Prints
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to email@example.com.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within one business day letting you know that your replacement is under production.
