Mustache in Cuffs
Joseph Waldo, the man behind those hilarious cursive mustaches on subway billboards, has been "arrested on charges including felony, criminal mischief, and possession of a graffiti instrument," according to NBC New York. Apparently the NYPD spent two entire months monitoring Waldo's activity (I wonder what other crimes they could have spent that time on...) Anyway, here goes another cool guy arrested for giving people something to smile about on their way to work.
