Konstantin Lunarine lives and works in Paris, France. Konstantin first gained gallery representation in 2002 at Aquarelle gallery in Ukraine followed by several Projection Shows at Kunsthaus Tschaikowski in Berlin in 2008-2009. Lunarine had a major personal exhibit at the gallery Artfiler Paris in 2010. His photographs were picked for the Festival of Modern arts "60x60" in Udine in 2010 and a show at Concorde Atlantique, quai Anatole France, near Orsay.
Konstantin is inspired by southern school of Chinese painting, diaries of Japanese court ladies and American South-West early mornings. Once charmed by pictorial photography he is using all-digital media to take pictures that are never meant to be photographs, but a basic material for further creation.
